Its drivers run easily on a 16 inch channel. A 16 inch channel is installed because its depth is 16 inches. Channels of 16 inches are useful because of which if the depth is 16 inches, then the channel can be easily installed on plywood of 16 inch depth. Whereas the front outer plate of this table has a height of about 6 inches and a 19 mm lock has been installed in its driver. Along with this, a 19 mm lock has also been installed in the door. To install the lock, a 3 inch by 1 inch plate has been installed below the driver, which locks the doors easily. Selfs are installed in the door part. Selfs are placed as per the requirement. All the selfs are installed from plywood only. Or you can make the self from any other material as per the requirement. First of all, to make this table, a space of 3 inches is left below due to which the door does not hit the feet when opened.
A number two magnet is fitted in the door of this table and a 6-inch door chain is fitted. The advantage of fitting the door chain is that the door does not open more than 90 degrees due to which the chances of sunmica breaking on opening the door are less. Before fitting the magnet, all the door and driver’s handles are fitted. Along with this, if tables are made of plywood, then first of all a wooden strip is fitted on the lower part, which reduces the chances of the application getting damaged and even if the table gets wet with water for some time, the application does not get damaged quickly, therefore a wooden strip is fitted on the lower part.
